"INCREDIBLE…….by definition: difficult or impossible to believe or extremely good, great, or large! The word simply does not define nor describe what Pam and I experienced during our recent stay at the Paradise Lakefront Lodge. The remarkable staff starting with Laurie Winkler-General Manager and working with her Tim-Front End Manager, Tanner, Kim and Tyler-front desk assistants all helped to make our time spent with them one we shall always fondly remember!
In our time of need, due to sudden car issues, each one of them provided a sense of care and compassion and a willingness to help in every way possible. For this, we are forever grateful and are humbled by the kindness and helping hands extended in so many ways. Our opinion of a proper definition for the word “incredible” would include a group picture of the individuals mentioned as this is just what they are---INCREDIBLE!
I had been a world traveler for 30 years and experienced very good customer service throughout the world while staying in a multitude of hotels with very reputable names. Many claim to have Best in Class service and until we stayed with this “team” at Paradise Lakefront Lodge we discovered they exceeded in Best in Class to provide WORLD CLASS SERVICE. We have never felt any place like this that provides a family atmosphere that is ever so welcoming from the moment you step inside. It takes a great leader to form a great team and kudos go out to all for checking off every box for excellence.
